Uberti 1873 Cattleman El Patrón Revolver
The Vaqueros of the Old West named this classic revolver El Patrón or “The Boss”, and rightly so. Its features were originally inspired by Colt’s classic Peacemaker. This single-action shooter was designed to be lighter and faster, as well as to work more smoothly. No wonder the gunslingers in those days depended their life so much on it.
Uberti’s factory hand-tuned version of this single-action Cattleman revolver include a lot of features and functionalities that are well-adapted for the sports of cowboy action shooting and mounted shooting competitions. The company’s gunsmiths have equipped every El Patrón with the following features and functionality:
- Fitted with high-grade Wolff® springs for smoother action
- Faster and more accurate target acquisition with easy-view front and rear sights
- Fully checkered walnut grips
- Stainless steel or case-hardened frames
- Lower hammer profile for easier one-hand cocking
- Numbered cylinders
Calibers are available in the time-honored .45 Colt and the powerful .357 Magnum. All models have barrels with lengths ranging from 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 inches.
